Solo battles not giving rewards for ranking up.

Same happened to me two weeks ago. I played a few solo battles on that Friday, but was not provided with additional matchups after.

    My username is Grey_gander. This week, I am able to play Solo Battles. However I am unranked and am not given the rank rewards that I have earned. I hope EA can resolve this. This is the third time this has happened.
