Would like the get a player upgrade for fb position for 99 overall rated player

I have my whole team upgraded in every position on Ultimate Team to 99 besides full back position I can't seem to get any player to be able to be upgraded to 99 overall is anybody else having this is...

this is no issue. fb is not a position that all teams are using. you can try team captain tolbert.

    Thank you I'll look into it see if I can get him for my team that would literally put my whole team at 99 overall rating
