As of Feb 4th 2026 Madden is ruined with excessive game speed play
Bro this game is unplayable right now on PS5.
Yesterday 2/3/2026 everything was fine. Today 2/4/2026 the whole game feels like it’s on fast-forward. Players moving wild fast, animations sped up, timing is off, defense feels useless, routes look glitchy. It’s not “skill issue” — the game literally feels different overnight.
There’s no setting to put it back to normal speed. No master speed slider. Nothing.
This feels like a patch broke something or reset some hidden tuning.
You can’t even enjoy a game like this. It feels like Madden on crack.
If this is intentional, it’s trash. If it’s a bug, EA needs to fix this ASAP because it straight up ruined the gameplay feel.
Anyone else on PS5 noticing this since the last update?
