Bug Report: James Cook X-Factor Progression Issue

​I have encountered a bug where a player's X-Factor progression is not being triggered correctly.

​I was playing with James Cook, who had already achieved X-Factor status. Over a span of three games, I had approximately nine runs of 10+ yards with him. None of these runs triggered the expected X-Factor progression, including one specific 12-yard run that I've attached video of below.
