CANNOT SEARCH FOR LEAGUE

My Online franchise (USAMadden) is needing to restart as several of my users cannot be sent an invite nor can they search the league. Many others of my users had to spend exorbitant amounts of time and multiple methods to even locate my league. My own attempts to search for my own league using my wifes account have failed.

I was only able to search for and find a league I created today. The original league was created around. 5pm est on 9/4, after the roster update.
