Injured/suspended Players!!!

Can you stop locking injured/suspended players on rosters. Teams are able to sign, cut & trade injured players. So why does Madden lock them on rosters. It's aggravating.

The other day, the PATRIOTS traded a wide receiver on injured reserve to the SAINTS. You see teams every single day, practically releasing people off of injured reserve. So there is no justifiable reason for MADDEN to continue to lock players on injured reserve in the games rosters. I complain about this. YEAR after YEAR, it's about time. You give us the ability to cut, sign or trade injured players. 

Another suggestion is, can you just add the practice squad to the ROSTERS? Since a few of them play in every game anyway, that would be cool.
