Madden 26: CPU vs. CPU Halftime Bug

Huge fan of the series, Especially franchise where I enjoy handeling the Team Management side of things, However when it comes to the actual football games I prefer doing CPU vs. CPU and playing the game in Slow Sim Mode. 

The problem is now whenever I do that in Franchise, after halftime the Sim ends and I come back to a game waiting for me to kick, or My team Penalized back to our goal line for endless DELAY IF GAMES. This has ruined the Sim Aspect of the game and makes it nearly useless to me. And I was really hoping this is something that would have been fixed asap
