Have tried and successfully can load into other modes like Franchise, Ultimate Team, etc. I am even connected to EAs servers through Madden 26 and still nothing. It worked for sure before the update, I played it yesterday just fine. Since the update we got this morning, I haven’t been able to play Superstar Mode at all.

Same problem here with Superstar mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and reset my router and restarted my PS5 ever since I downloaded the update it hasn't worked
New update agan and still not addressing the issues with superstar mode. I think this is the 2nd update since PlayStation 5 had the last update.

im having the same issue.
Superstar mode is a joke. They can’t even update the game play, uniforms, nothing. Connection issues playing w/ friends but none of us have problems playing w/ 2 other random people. Madden is a jokeSame here. Ridiculous.
Just wish it could be fixed for everyone. Just started a character and saw a 3-4gb update and actually got excited to see some of the cool Halloween stuff for my player and stuff. Just pretty disappointing and haven’t heard an update or a solution yet :(
Thats the same issue I'm having, have you found a way to fix it i'm getting sick of only play MUT and Franchise
