Madden 26 Superstar Mode still broken

Superstar mode hasn't worked for about 25 days now. A patch update came out today, which I hoped would make the mode work again. But as you know from EA, superstar mode still doesn't work. You start it then it loads and then an error is displayed. I've been waiting for the mode to work again for several weeks but apparently EA doesn't care. You pay €100 for a game where the most important game mode hasn't worked for several weeks.

This is on PC btw.
