They don’t seem to care. Been months for some people. The only response you get when you actually talk to a human is they are working on it and it will be available ASAP. I’ve gone at least 2 updates with it still broken. 2 kids in my house can use it but my account can’t. Makes no sense and zero help or care from Sony about it.
