Record and Rank reset

I was in a game of online head to head. I intercepted my opponent and the game froze. After 2 minutes it sent me back to the main menu and said the game had to be processed. 8 minutes passed and nothing so I closed the app, went back in and my record and rank had completely reset. I feel like all the time spent on the game was wasted. I was rank Hero wanted to know if there was any way to recover the rank and possibly my record.
