Switch 2 online broken

Madden 26 doesn’t work online at all. Constantly met with “ea account password expired” I’ve reset my password 6 times now and it accepts nothing, locks me out of playing any online mode, won’t track any progression and just left to play quick play offline.

when I play it offline, the amount of lag, freezing and skipping just renders the game worthless and a fully disappointing experience to even try and play.

Not sure what the bug is, the game just isn’t finished and is a product from an incompetent team. This either needs a miraculous fix immediately, or I want my money back.
