ULTIMATE TEAM LINEUP GLITCH

Everytime I click on my lineup it crashes my game. I’ve been reading forums and Reddit posts for over an hour, have tried every possible solution I’ve seen, and still nothing. 

EAs lack of ability to communicate this issue to someone is astounding.
