Unplayable for PC

To everyone on this Thread.. Last update fixed their broken software without even a comment. They literally have no concern about customer service..at all..

please we need a fix this has been happening for to long i haven't been able to launch the game once since i bought it its starting to get annoying you cant even pay for a game that works

EA SPORTS support makes GM Taco Bell, Bank of America, and Comcast look good. They obviously do not care about PC players, and the only reason they like consoles is that someone else has to provide customer service. Even the dumbest sleuth can tell where the problem is.

You can go to there website and open a support case. But honestly don't waste your time. I opened one and your pretty much talking to AI assistance or people on the spectrum. I asked if they knew when they would release and update fixing PC and they just responded with pointless fixes and asked if my ping is high. The problem isn't FPS or our internet its EA terrible desync. So were pretty much **bleep** till they actually do something.

EA is terrible...how do you report anything to them?
