I appreciate the response. Which part of the site should i contact support? Same way i told them about the backend discrepancy error? I cant seem to find live chat again, i wasn't able to find it previously either until i made the case about this discrepancy error, then after that it offered me a live chat. Can you please let me know which section, if different then what i used already? Thank you
Another thing i noticed, if i check my penalty history tool where it originally told me i had a warning but still had full access, now it doesnt say anything, no warning, no nothing. This is all very strange and frustrating that i can't get decent help with this matter (besides you). Your help is appreciated
If you have a case that is set to "waiting on player", just resume the case and you should be able to get in touch with an advisor. If you need to create a new one, try the option for Update EA account.

Thank you, I will try and let you know how it goes. If i have to start a new one, "Update EA Account" would be the subject/what I pick, in the drop down menu?

You should choose 'I need to update my EA account information'.

Thanks again for the response. Apparently they closed the case, im not sure why. I believe them closing it will create more issues now, hopefully im wrong. So now should i create a new case using "update my ea account info"? Or should i try and go to live chat again and reference the newest case they closed? Thanks again for the help. This is extremely frustrating!
