I can definitely understand the frustration that this is still an ongoing issue. I'm afraid right now we don't have any updates to share, but as soon as we've got more news we will follow up and let you know.
In the meantime, I am going to lock this thread as some of the comments here have been a bit over the line. Please take a moment to review the EA Forums Rules & Guidelines when you have the chance. We won't remove or edit posts just for sharing frustration or negative feedback, but please make sure you keep the rules in mind. Otherwise we may have to step in.
