Ineligible Receiver Downfield in Franchise mode unable to be turned on

On PS5 in Franchise mode, the ineligible receiver setting is broken and unable to be turned on. It does not display in the gameplay sliders 

But displays in the penalties section in-game and unable to be turned on

This makes gameplays on RPO’s severely broken as lineman get 3-5 downfield blocking LB’s who are then taken out of their coverage assignments with no penalties called and needs to be fixed ASAP
