I can't remember IR ever working like the NFL. EA has been too lazy to fix it EVER, so don't count on them getting it correct, or fixing it, any time soon.
Just turn injuries off, if EA doesn't care about the rules or the reality, why should you?
the ppl on this forum really care more abt the game than the devs u can never convince me otherwise
