Is this on All-Madden? Because I've posted about this in my feedback as well. Idk how easy of a fix this is, but it really is something I feel needs to be addressed asap as well. Turning down the pass accuracy slider helps a little for QB's at times in terms of consistency, but doesn't fix the problem because it's not just a QB thing. Low overall CPU players, whether it's a DB, WR, QB, RB...doesn't matter. Low overall CPU players are making WAY too many consistently good plays vs higher overall players in USER vs CPU games. Too many knockouts, too many 50/50 catches, too many good throws with low ACC, too many break tackles, etc. It's effed up.

Well that unfortunately means that it's a bigger problem than just changing the difficulty can fix and confirms that players bringing this up aren't crazy when we say it's broken. They need to adjust it with the first update.

Yes, I am experiencing this as well in regards as the CPU having perfect execution. My team has a overall rating of 96 and the CPU team has a 84 while high my team is getting punished on All Madden :(
