Concept to gain more XP in superstar showdown and career

Ok i just thought of a concept so forgive me as i go, what if EA Added a feature where you get XP for helping the play, for example I was playing showdown trying to get XP to get 99 ovr and I just can’t because others will cherry pick the other and always pass to them, but when I run my route I lead the other players to me while the other teammate catches the ball. I know they added blocking but that’s obvious because it’s blocking, I don’t know maybe I’m just being lazy but I do think it could be a cool feature to add but it’s just a concept
