If you look at your order history does it show Madden NFL 26 there? If the pre-order processed it should show that you own the game there.
If you aren't seeing it there, there's a chance that the pre-order may have been cancelled or wasn't able to process. I'm afraid that isn't something that we can look into from our side though, since it would be in the Xbox billing system. It may be best to check and see if they sent you any emails about the pre-order recently.
I bought the MVP bundle and currently own and can play NCAA26 but can not play madden 26. It says manage and that I own it and I even have madden downloaded. However when I open madden it asks if I own the game. Please fix.
