Franchise Mode - Rookie OTA’s Story

Uggh!! This game man. So I had a rookie storyline where you ask the rookie if he needs to develop or learn the playbook quickly. Problem is, this same question is asked about 4 more times throughout the season and nothing ever comes of it. 

Also, my coach gets a contract extension for 3 years 5 million dollars after every season? Why? If he has 3 years left, why get a 3 year after every year? Why can’t my coach get offers from other teams when his contract is up? Why do have to stay there? This game is fried man.
