help receive verification code for my EA account

i have been trying to start the game but keep getting asked to enter a verification code on an email. I have tried several times but cant seem to get any verification code on my mail what shuld i do

Hey there. Sorry to hear about the trouble with getting your verification code. Did you check all your spam folders? If you use gmail, make sure to check the Promotions folder. If you still can't find it, try opening a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
