Madden 26 Unstoppables welcome pack

Question

I have been grinding through the unstoppables solo challenges, only come to realize I never get a welcome pack for the unstoppables event. I have the upgrade tokens with no one to use them on. I wanted to use it on dk metcalf but I never got a welcome pack so I don’t have either player option to upgrade with my tokens.&nbsp;

I’m in the same boat, got all the tokens but never got the pack. Really sucks anyone know how to fix it?

I did the exact same thing. I have almost all of the tokens as well but never recieved the welcome pack. Did this get resolved?
