Online Franchise- All Madden Effort, an EA oversight

Hello, 

I believe the recent upgrade of the ability All Madden Effort is a grave and serious error to the online franchise community. The ability stacks and allows players to have +3 speed and +6 accel with no way to turn off coaching abilities. 

Unfortunately, without an option to turn coaching abilities off or to completely remove this particular ability within online franchises, it is going to be game breaking. 

This along with the camp counselor stacking ability has made franchise unworthy to manage and play. 

please deactivate both abilities immediately. Thank you.
