Unable to Preload

falken9900​ I was able to preload on the EA app. Since you mentioned MS, are you pre-ordering through the Xbox or on PC?

Can you get a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so we can take a look?

The issue seems to be the same one from last year. Even when you download via the app, the game has the triangle message indicating that the user doesn't own it. In 2024, the message disappeared prior to release, but it hasn't yet this year. I've still got it at 12:20 p.m., which is within a 12-hour window of the game's release. Hopefully, it'll clear up in a few hours.

This is an issue EA needs to address, though, in that it discourages pre-orders. I realize that a lot of what this forum can and can't do is variable, but messing with the money should get someone's attention.

Im honestly having the same problem on my Xbox. I bought the (EA Sports MVP Deluxe edition) it says it comes with Madden and college football but I only got college football. When I try to download Madden it says I don't own it

There's a hilarious update. Madden 26 still shows that I don't own it despite my spending $150. But Xbox just asked me whether I wanted to buy NHL 26. No, EA, I don't think you'll be getting my money for that after this latest nonsense. 

Same here.  Somehow I got it to download through the mobile app connected to the console.   But I still have the triangle and message I don't own.

All of this is the same for me and I’m definitely not happy I was trying to play that today lol

Same here.  This is a ridiculous joke.  EA is an awful company.  This happens all the time.  

EA_Shepard​ is there a fix to Madden 26 not being able to download for all of us that ordered the mvp bundle.
