Unable to Preload
Is there a chance that somebody who can DO something will actually post an answer as to WHY the pre-load doesn't work? It would be great if EA or MS actually used people to fix things.

falken9900 I was able to preload on the EA app. Since you mentioned MS, are you pre-ordering through the Xbox or on PC?
Can you get a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so we can take a look?
