I had my coins wiped as well. Around 6.5 million coins. I went thru the proper channel filed an appeal with Terms and services with hopes of recovering my coins and got a generic denial. I even submitted a video of all my purchases and proper transactions which was over a 1000s dollars to no avail. I’ve been playing madden and EA games since the 90s and would like to continue and have my kids play them as well but not anymore if this is the kind of action they’re going to take. Been a member on this EA site since 2012 and still no consideration.
Ive been a member that long also.im telling u there scam artists!they will go in your account robbing u!i could care less about the appeal.im done with this company people need to stop handing them money because in a blink of a eye they will go in your account and rob u blind and then blame u for there actions. I can't believe EA doesn't have a class action lawsuit against then.im sure 1 is coming soon the this type of misconduct..
