Can you try these steps again?
- Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
- Enter Superstar >Showdown Ranked
- Exit Superstar to Main Menu
- Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"
This fixed it for me!!!! Thank you so much it’s been over a week.
How about for Xbox? The only thing the servers drop for is superstar mode
