"Desperados" team name failing profanity check

I'm not sure what's going on with the Madden team builder. I found that the "Desperados" team name fails the profanity check, even though the Desperados logo is a preset on the website and a relocation option in the game. Is there a fix for this other than changing the spelling, or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
