HeyEA_Kent​, just curious if you’ve seen any of the 100s of posts about the game being unplayable for PC users.

The only reason I could fathom the game isn’t fixed 10 days after it was acknowledged is that maybe you haven’t seen the recent posts that it’s still broken. Maybe a casual “hey guys we are still working on it give use a little more time” would put people at ease. it’s just kinda unbelievable to me that you guys could be totally ok with this going on and not acknowledge any of the posts after the initial.

I just fear it’s too late for that, as you continue to release updates and content for madden 26 especially MUT you are seemingly intentionally avoiding the fact that it’s broken on PC. At this rate id be surprised if you maintain PC player counts (especially with the shorts lifespan of madden games, notably MUT, your main money maker) and would not be surprised if you loose a decent portion of your playerbase even in the next regurgitated madden.

This is not an attack on Kent as I’m sure he’s just another cog in the wheel, I am simply trying to bring more attention to this issue. If you are a PC player I’d strongly recommend filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a refund.

On that note just a reminder that EA is not accredited by the BBB which is rather interesting and I suggest you do your own research into that.

    So EA_Kent​ at what point can we start talking about giving refunds? Considering we all paid $70 for a game that has been unplayable for 10 days now despite the game only being out for a few months. Not to mention the ONLY thing any PC players that are checking each day to see if we can actually play the game have heard is "were working on it" 10 days ago..... this is ridiculous that the entire PC player base is unable to play and you guys haven't said ANYTHING for 10 days.  

  • At this point it’s insulting, ea support denies anything wrong with PC . I spent 5 hours in a chat for them to say my pc was the issue and refuse refunds because it’s not an approved reason. I’m over madden this year and possibly the future as well. I have submitted charge backs and BBB complaint. #disrespected

    I WANT A REFUND! EA_Kent​ EA doesn't care about the pc community and that's very apparent. Instead of turning off on field visuals for online modes across the board. EA has completely gone silent and made us suffer everyday hoping there is a fix. If I am completely unable to use a product because of their mistake, I should be granted a refund. I am done with EA and everything the company is involved in. There's something always wrong with the game and they have zero accountability/communication.

    Even just them saying they are working on it, would be such a great step to ease this community....but they don't communicate at all anymore.

  • Screw a complaint with BBB If they wont issue a refund then I would prefer a formal class action law suit since they obviously do not like pc players to begin with.. notice college wasnt released on pc... yeah ea probably has some ties with the 2 big console companies and its a way to get us to buy a console because honestly the thought crossed my mind well maybe i should just buy a console so i can play madden and also college but **bleep** that id prefer a refund and lets just wait for 2k to drop their nfl version.
