At this point it’s insulting, ea support denies anything wrong with PC . I spent 5 hours in a chat for them to say my pc was the issue and refuse refunds because it’s not an approved reason. I’m over madden this year and possibly the future as well. I have submitted charge backs and BBB complaint. #disrespected
