Fix the PC lag
I have reported EA to the better business bureau everyone else should. I will submit a new claim until the PC lag has been fixed.

I'm equally frustrated and I don't want to sound combative but you do realize the BBB has no authority, yes? They are basically Google reviews with a fancy logo. EA, especially relative to Madden, already has a horrendous reputation if you search online so the complaints will do very little.
You just said a whole lot of nothing. Im 35 and understand that EA is not a BBB compliant company.
So then what was the point to telling to report them and why mention your age?
