Game needs a TON of work

I have been a customer of EA Madden since it first came out and I am pretty much done with this "lipstick" approach every year. The animations on receptions are horrible. Physics don't work like that. Is the coding even being looked at? How can my guy catch a ball, get hit and fold in half every time? The CPU doesn't have that animation anywhere close to user control. Also snow games. How can it be a blizzard EVERY time it snows? Every time?!? The devs need to work on the coding and make this game more playable. Does anyone from EA even read any of these posts? Or is it like most other customer service placeholders that allow you to vent and then ignore it, all the while taking $$ to the bank. So many unresolved issues out there that have been a problem for months and nothing gets done. We need another developer to gain the NFL license and make something that is actually good.
