Got the game 2 days ago - Unplayable

So I am an EA Play Pro member, and decided to give BF6 a break for a couple of days.  Purchased the EA Play pass for a friend to get back into playing Madden NFL (our discord and gaming group are more than 25 years old and just wanted a change of pace).

The game ran PERFECTLY fine 2 days ago.  Me and my buddy played for 3 hours with NO issues whatsoever.

Got off work last night and spend 3 hours changing settings and doing what Reddit and other forums have suggested to be able to play.  The game literally stutters every 1 second CONSTANTLY.

As a former beta tester, I went to work to see if it was something on my end.  Deleted the configs, uninstalled, and reinstalled (on 2 different drives) and still nothing.

I can do training sessions and single player just fine.  As soon as I quick match, or try H2H with a friend or random opponent, I start skipping EVERY single second for the entire game.

I have posted the video below, and would love some advice / help, as the person Im playing it with survived brain cancer and some times BF6 is just too much for him.  I literally got EA Play for him to be able to play this with me because its something we kinda always did in the past when he was overwhelmed and after literally 2 days of having the game its completely unplayable.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
