Graphics way too fast to play

I have recently updated my PC and since having it, Madden 26 is running like a dream apart from one problem.....

Its like the players on the field are like bullet trains...I can't get plays off before being sacked, I can't make running plays before 5 defenders are on me, passing plays are almost impossible apart from a hand full of calls....

A franchise game should take 1 hour-ish to play, I am completing them in about 15-19 minutes as the game is just running so fast.

I have attached my computer info so someone at EA can help. I am running the game through the EA App and have tried to slow the game down through my Graphics settings, Windows 11 settings and the in-game settings...even on the worst settings the players are still the same albeit blockier....

I love the Madden series and would at least like to play with a general speed and not the speed of Superman flying from the US to the UK in under 4 minutes....

Please help....I have attached my system settings and the previous ticket I raised (but heard nothing)
