Madden 26 twitch drops

My first time playing madden 26 in years its refreshing it feels new . Then I decided to buy the game pass because it seemed worth . Then I was told that if you join a stream you get free twitch drops. I heard there was an ongoing issue with twitch drops . Didn’t think much of it but the first time I dealt with it . I thought it could be easily fixed . That is completely wrong before you spend your hard earned money on this game . Understand they will not fix your issues for weeks at a time . They will lie say that your case is fixed when there has nothing been added to my account . Shows how much ea cares about its customers . I’ve tried to be patient throughout this whole process and I’m just constantly disappointed. I’m honestly thinking about deleting this game .  I’m seeing everyone with the new Drake London and Iva yet to be given the card or my twitch drops . I simply will never buy another madden game again terrible association
