I’m experiencing a very similar issue, but mine has now been fully confirmed as account-specific and server-side.
On PS5 (UK), I get “unable to process your content” when attempting to enter MUT on console, and the same error on the Companion App. This started suddenly after previously working fine. My internet is stable and all other games/apps work normally.
To rule out local issues, I tested another EA account on the same PS5 and same network, and that account logs into MUT with no problems. This confirms it’s not a connection, console, or app issue.
EA Help has escalated my case to the Studio / Madden Live Team as a known server-side bug (Case #234728507). The issue is still ongoing as of this morning.
