Parent/Guardian email to verify child account not being sent.

My 11 yr old is trying to play Superstar mode on Madden 26 on his Xbox series x. When clicking on “Superstar” and entering my email, no email gets sent and I’ve tried two different emails and checked spam folders. Not sure what else to do to allow my kid to create a player on the game.
