Even after the maintenance sh!t still not fixed, this is crazy

When I spoke to EA's support, who were extremely unhelpful, they said that EA has not finished their investigation as to what is causing the issues and that we will only know when they update us in the forums. It has been two weeks, and EA has not been able to find out the issue and refuses to refund the game.
