STILL missing the AJ Barner card after completing the CPU Super Bowl event
I played all 21 games and didn't get the card at the end of it. I've opened 2 cases and EA has said they are aware of the issue and would get it fixed. Here we are several weeks later, my cases are closed with 0 follow up. No fix, no make right, just silence.
Today, I opened a chat with EA and they told me to make a post here on the forum about it, so here I am.
You would think that if EA knows of the issue, they would be able to grant the card to users they completed the event. Or at least a make right, at the minimum. What are we doing?
