Support is not supportive

I just had a horrible experience with a live chat agent. They did not resolve my issue, started sending irrelevant policy links, and then simply left the chat without properly concluding the matter. Very disappointing.

I had an issue with a refund. Maybe others have experienced this as well: I purchased a package by mistake, requested refund right away, received an email confirming the refund request, and then… nothing. No updates and no record of the purchase in my account—it just disappeared.

It’s a very unsettling situation, but the support I received made it even more disappointing.

I was hoping this platform would be more flexible and supportive, but unfortunately, that was not the case. A truly frustrating experience.
