I just bought madden 26 today.. i was unaware of the multiple problems/bugs with the H2H area of the game… can I get a refund?

EA_Barry dude are you actually serious that the one comment in god only knows how long from a living, breathing EA employee within this forum is for this? Referring someone where to go for a refund and not one single word on roster loop problem? We are now 2 weeks past due for an explanation? I care more about that at this point than the issue itself actually.
How about instead of that, you just fix the roster update loop problem?
