Unable to upgrade card

Houston I have a problem and it's not LeBron James.  I redeemed both this cards 87/90ovr elite to upgrade. But it's not allowing me to do so and each time that attempt to I'm brought to the auction house.  It's literally bringing me to the auction house to purchase the same card that I redeem already.  Is it me? Here's the other insane thing. After I've redeemed it I can't find it anywhere in my inventory even though it clearly says owned. I even went back and redeemed it again just in case I missed something
