Why all the bugs and no fix for so long months of the same problem?

I've been getting kicked from ultimate team back to the menu repeatedly for months haven't been able to play the game and still no fix? Same problems as last year's it amazes me how a multi-million dollar team at EA cannot seem to figure this out?
