Xbox series X turns off while playing

Same here im on Xbox X series 

If I play a challenge online or anything in ultimate team it crashes soon as I pick a play but when I go to  franchise or anything else it work I’m pissed I spend a 100$ on a game early and it’s not playable crazy

Exact same thing happening to me 

Just found the fix, make sure you don’t have any X factors on and make sure you don’t have any duplicate players in special teams 

Same Issue

I played for 2-3 hours on August 7th. I backed out of a solo challenge to open packs. Once I tried to return to finish the pregame access challenges, my game crashes every time. It crashes everytime I select any challenge, any event mode, or any H2H. It loads in to the game but as soon as I pick a play, it crashes and sends me to the Xbox Home Screen. 

Every time i try and load into the challenges tab it just gets stuck on a blue screen. Reinstalled game twice. Any suggestions?

Every time I go to my recent or my favorite plays my game just freeze and crashes. This started happening when the game first shutdown a couple of hours after the release.

At halftime of every game In franchise mode, the game stops and goes back to the Xbox dashboard. This happens while slow simming.

Ever since I switched to the new gen madden it keeps crashing my Xbox X. I purchased the Madden 26 Deluxe version and I have not been able to complete a single H2H match. I keep getting booted to my Xbox dashboard or it will completely shut the system down. Madden 25 it would do this every 3 games or so but 26 crashes every game! 

I have tried resetting my Xbox, deleting the saved game data, and reinstalled the game 4 times. Can I get a refund??
