Your server going down shouldn't force me a loss

I've spent a couple of hours playing the CPU draft event. The games take a while and I had just won my 7th game. This is when I learned that the server for events was taken down just a couple minutes before I finished my game. So, I wasn't able to continue playing, which was annoying, but I decided to just come back the next day. Well, as I feared, my game was given a 0-0 loss. 7 entire games I played and won and now I'm told to screw off and play them all again. No. I'm sick of this happening every single time. You can't even talk to support anymore. It's just AI that loops you to a worthless article about server connection when I just want someone at EA to correct their mistake. Remove the loss. A random EA decision to take down the server right as I'm finishing is not my fault. It wasn't scheduled maintenance. Take the dang loss off. I'm not playing those 7 games again. Let me talk to an actual EA employee and have them fix their company's stupid mistake. Now.
