Application crashing causing missing item

The new packs that dropped today included a 94 overall Mack Hollins and you are able to use “spotlight tokens” to obtain a BND version, when opening the pack, I selected Hollins but the application crashed and didn’t process the selection, instead the pack gave me a BND version of Jason sanders. I would like the Jason sanders removed from my account and the pack reinserted into my available packs to open please. This was a mistake that was entirely not my fault.
