Banned from auction house and wiped of coins.

You can dispute it through the help channel but good luck. Pretty sure the auction house is automated and when they look at the dispute they’ll see you triggered it and say you’re guilty regardless 

I was coin wiped last week.  There's nothing that can be done. You can try to a appeal but it will be denied. EA did something funky with their bot detection and now it's flagging and coin wiping everyone.  They haven't acknowledged it.  They won't acknowledge it. And more people will continue to get banned and coin wiped

This!! Looks like people will stop playing ultimate team all together cause of this issue.

Coins recently wiped off account when I logged on and had a game update , get back on to 0 coins. Contacted support and they tell me the coins were spent when I know forsure what amount I literally just had on the account.   I see I’m not the only one getting coin wiped.   Hope EA fixes this asap or they will lose players fast.

Checked my email and Ea removed my coins on a day that I didn’t even play?? Also did not buy coins and have bought so many packs this is crazy.

Same thing happened to me. You can appeal the ban but it’s automated. They’ll transfer your appeal around for a couple days then deny it, and you’ll still have no idea what you did wrong. No live support, no explanations.  Such a joke of a company. Wish only the worst for them. 

This currently happened to me.  I will be advocating everywhere to not spend any money on this game.  Not that I can sway any person, but every little bit helps.  I have provided them with receipts of all transactions as well.  Good luck.
