Can't purchase undercity key stater pack

I've been in the same boat as the rest of you. Can't buy the MF Undercourt Key Starter Pack. Locked. you already have a key to use. But nada. I've went to EA Help and have spoke with 5 different advisors about it. Last night, earlier this morning 2am EST. I had explained everything to them , and how I ended up not being able to buy the starter key pack. Even sent them screen shots. They said that they advised their team about the situation. I even offered a solution to resolve it, but didn't get any comment on it.. simply 'restore' the 415 Undercourt Key I sold, remove the 5 candy I got for the key. I'll then run the 'high chance to fumble' and lose.. (triggering in game mechanics) get 5 candy, and a pack with a random key and continue my journey farming candy.  But no luck in that happening.. I was told that they advised their team, and that I should look in game for messages, or on twitter/x for any updates about it.. I expressed to them several times that this is a "time limited event" and I've already lost 4 full days because I can't simply buy a key for 50 candy.  We should all be compensated with a pack containing a 90 ovr MF player, or either (x) amount of candy... fingers crossed. 

You're not wrong I would gladly take a free 90 overall for all the troubles 

Either way EA needs to make this right Either give us a new key unlock the key pack so we can get a new key or give ue a free 90 overall of our choice for all the trouble. 

Either way im locked out of the event until this is resolved.

The more attention that we as members of the gaming community can raise about this bug a lot of us are facing. We should be able to increase our odds that the EA Developers/Support Team would make a move in correcting/resolving/ and compensating us for all of our troubles.. Again, I can not stress enough about that this is a "time limited" event.. We're being "ROBBED"  every hour that goes by without any solution or movement from EA Developers/Support Team. I've sat and watched this 'time limited' event go from (13) days remaining all the way down to (8 days 22h) remaining currently. Several missed opportunities to acquire Most Feared Packs from the store with purchase using the Events Currency (Candy).  Candy, that we all could have had if this problem would have been showed more attention by the developers / support team and corrected in a more timely manner.... 

We should be compensated with at least a minimum of (2) 90 OVR BND Most Feared Champ Fantasy Pack.

And taking it to the EA Help Advisors in  an online chat numerous times, and getting the same answer over and over.. that they advised their team and that they are aware of the situation  If, so why hasn't there not even been a tweet or mention of it by EA Developers / Support Team anywhere in social media. A simple acknowledgement of it, and a response that they are working on correcting the issue would be reassuring... But at this point... I simply don't think that they care what the gaming community  are experiencing ...

Throw more fuel on the fire.. ... time is in fact Running OUT...... (8 days 22 hrs and ticking...)

Many players including myself can not get the Undercity and EA refuses to fix this. We can not grind for candy and other players are able to grind it out and get the packers of 90 overall players. This is absolutely **bleep** I have seen countless of posts about this on here, reddit, on tiktok, and more. Fix your fing game EA are you deadass this serious you have 5 days in a work week and you can't spend 5 minutes to fix an issue in your game. No wonder your company got bought out you broke fuhks. Terrible **bleep** company. 

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM, sadly EA won't care and will leave us dry.
