Connectivity issues causing lost progress in Visa BYOT CPU Event

I've been playing Madden 26 Ultimate Team on my Xbox Series X, and have been quite frustrated with issues involving server connectivity causing a loss of progress. I have spend numerous hours attempting to complete the Visa BYOT CPU Draft event, and have been disconnected mid game two runs in a row. I often listen to music while playing, and opening the Spotify app on my Xbox seems to be the cause of the disconnect. This problem has costed me about 10 hours of progress, and its getting exhausting at this point. If possible, I'd appreciate if there was a way my "forfiet" loss could be removed, and my record was set back to 9-0.
